I don’t think they need full reduction like Mauga. Only mitigation of effects. It might be a 25% reduction in speed when flashbang is used.
That hinder effect locks doomfist out of abilities not for 1.25sec, but only 0.625. Something like that. Same with hack lock out effect of maybe 50% efficiency.
