It would be nice to have a separate subforum for these threads to keep them from cluttering general discussion.
A special little hell where all these bad ideas can go to be ignored.

We’ll never see subforums most likely.
Lore and balance need their own subforums, I have no idea why they weren’t here from the start.

The fact that people asks for nerfs is mainly because they are salty because they are bad and cant counter

I know it’s not that helpful, due to the sheer volume of nerf threads, but for other related topics, the community can self-moderate to a point, by posting quotes to related threads.
