I don’t know if I’m far off but when I got the game first time with all these heroes and had no idea how you even heal on lucio (I thought you shoot your teammates lul), it was the most fun I had in the game.
With 5v5 and a lot of heroes getting changed in the way they interact, it’ll likely be same scenario. Especially with many new players coming in the game.
People who are criticizing the decision might be undermining that fun part because ‘years of synergy’. I’d rather take that first experience of learning some parts of each hero instead.
