Not trying to say that there is anything wrong with the game, because there isn’t. It is a problem with what I play on, a 4-year old laptop that runs OW pretty bad. I love Overwatch, but my crappy laptop leads to me freezing/crashing/losing connection to my WiFi constantly, and so it makes me leave games. I now have penalties building up, and I don’t really think I should get penalties for crashing due to me playing on a 4-year old laptop.
Unfortunately, the technology to tell why you disconnect isn’t there yet. Because of this, they apply the same penalties to everyone who leaves games.
If you leave a game for whatever reason, penalties start to accrue.
You have to do it a lot though.
Also, if you want to get a cheap game ready PC, buy one of those older Dell/HP office systems (usually only around 80 bucks), then slap a better GPU in it.
Most older PC’s actually have a somewhat decent processor, they just rely on an APU, which can’t take games
