Not sure why they have the account merge option when every time I click it to “merge” my account it just makes a noise and that’s it.

Having the exact issue. Unsure if it’s a problem on their end, or if there was something that was needed to be done in the first game to prompt the acccount merge, aside from connecting my console and battlenet.

This is still a problem, I merged today because the game was working better and nothing at all transferred. Restarting does not help at all.
I don’t seem to even have the account merge option despite connecting my console account through Battle.net
