if you needed 2 supports we would have a way to ensure we have 2 supports. nothing is needee except anything more than 2 tanks. but none are mandatory.
They know they can’t do it ever.

I always wanted role que 6v6. Open que is a mess. You lose the game to one tricks on your own team before it starts. I always play support and when im the only one i just swap to widow and take pot shots til we lose or they decide to heal. No way theyre putting a single support designed for 5v5 to heal 5 of then vs another 6 player team. I just wont do it.
We need role que 6v6 or its not a real representation of skill. Its just a representation of who got stuck with the most one tricks on their team. That’s not what any comp mode should be. I say do away with open que altogether. Ppl always have and always will NEED to be told what to play or theyll never win. Thats fine for them but i cant pick their roles for them so why do i earn a loss when im the only one willing to play support.
Yes, i get it; dmg has zero responsibility. They just shoot enemy guys and let tanks mitigate their dmg and let supports keep them alive. They rarely earn their keep and blame everyone else when they dont. Id love the carefree play of a dmg role every game but thats not the game. These players want that kind of carefree play every game they should have to que up and wait in line longer with the other lazy players who just play dmg and force everyone else to carry them.
Maybe if they had 5-10 minute wait times theyd try something else? The players who do try other roles get punished as things stand so they can get an instant open que and spam dmg roles every game forcing others to accommodate them. We need role que cause these ppl exist.
6v6 open que was never a good representation of 6v6. It was lazy. Open que needs phased out completely. Id rather have mystery heroes comp than open 6v6. I love playing every hero and im good at them all so bring mystery comp back. If were not doing 6v6 right then dont do it at all.
Was the plan to bring back 6v6 in its worst form then when it doesnt work out scrap it? Cause that’s how it seems to me.
