6v6 had constant design issues that couldn't be fixed

Eh that is more so design lag going into 5v5, for heroes that were still rolling with their OW1 kits.

And so far we only had a couple of reworks post release.

I would like to point out that we had hog meta pre-rework. So you know he wasn’t exactly hurting prior.

And the season 9 stuff, was more of respawns to feedback that been around since like year two OW as a whole. And less fixing issues with OW as whole.

You know making 1 shot and burst combo’s less consistent, and giving the DPS role a more defined function.

Oh that’s because they want hard stuns CC focused characters that do more then slow you down in the DPS slot.

he also just functions better as a tank, where you have other bulky highly mobile characters that have a lot of CC and survivability tools in their kits.

it is a good call.

ya some heroes wouldn’t have worked in 5v5, these were made as the format was created. And not in response to something being broken in 5v5.

Characters stand still and stall are not exactly good in a format where you can easily reposition around such.

Oh no like 5 of the 30 + characters didn’t work in a format. And needed multiple partial and one major rework.

SO what?

We had loads of reworks in 6v6, the entire darn defense role stopped work like a year into the game.

Bastion wasn’t a viable hero since like release. And that odd spit of bunker and pirate ship.
