Now instead of strong tank synergies, the sole tank is overwhelmed with responsibility. You have to hold the frontline, peel for the backline, deal with multiple angles on your own, and dive the enemy backline all at once. Not to mention how some tanks feel outdated in the 5v5 format compared to those who got shiny reworks or were made to be solo tanks.

This also introduces the counter swap game where the enemy team denies you your ability to play your hero of choice. So fun. And don’t try and claim ow has always been about countering. In ow1 you weren’t constantly countered as tank, let alone countered to a level where you have to be smurfing 2 ranks below your own to get any value with the hero.
