I can’t see any patch notes, but given how bad Blizzard is at providing those that admittedly doesn’t really say much.
EDIT: Apparently we’ve gone from being promised new content is coming soon to being promised content is already there and it’s just invisible or something? 
ANOTHER EDIT: Article was updated to say Feb 10th.
