600 ping on some EU servers

Today had encountered high latency issue on some of the EU servers.
Just reporting in case the issue is not only on my end, but will assist any way I can to narrow down the cause of inconsistency.

  1. target practice, 5.42.190.10:26513. 666ms
  2. ffa arcade, 5.42.190.9:26518. 638ms
  3. custom, 5.42.185.253:26510. 89ms (normal)
  4. custom, 5.42.185.253:26504. 463ms (same lobby after restart)
