seriously, how is this still a thing? if you dont want us to leave 5v6s then dont let us. punishing an action you deem to be okay is not the way to go about it.
And in 6 years I havenβt really heard about this bug, what exactly is this bug?
its been a thing since season 4 at the very latest, probably since launch.
if someone on your team leaves a ranked match and the timer runs out, you are allowed to leave without losing sr hoever, there is a chance that in the next game you will get very little sr if any. my example; my team stomped the enemy team, it wasnt even close, I walked away with +3sr.
side note, the fact that they are removing sr in ow2 kinda tells me that they arenβt going to fix it but hide it instead. you cant tell if it happened if you cant see the number not change.

You get PBSR only in the next match. So you could earn 27SR for the match and only gain 2sr. Or you could lose 23sr and actually be -48sr when returning to your profile.
Itβs not a consistent bug though. Sometimes it happens sometimes not.
i dont play in pbsr range.
thatβs why its so frustrating. its clearly not intentional but it has been an issue for literally 6 years.
