6 months further Career Profiles still not fixed!

We are in season 4. Six monhts ago on oct 22th blizzard posted about this issue and said it would take several weeks to fix and restore the console career profiles.

It’s been 6 MONTHS now and not even 1 update after that one post. This is absolutely not acceptable that we arent getting updated how the fixing is going. We want our hours back! People been playing this game since 2016 and everytime we go to our current career profile its just a slap in the face. PLS BLIZZARD COMMUNICATE i beg you.
