it just feels really off how much effort it took for them to get ball, could’ve easily split into a 2v1 and kept efforts for the EMP at least- I mean it only really took them one or two at most to throw hammond up like that. would are we gonna have another sierra situation where the new hero gets beat in their own trailer?
It’s a trailer for an imaginary video game story where the fight is happening not on an artificially empty and enclosed and time-limited environment, but in a public place where innocent bystanders could be hurt, and ostensibly as a first contact with The Ball which actually does match people ^H^H^H^H^H^H players’ reactions when The Ball was first added.
It’s a plot device.
