Yeah 40 million but more like 30 mil are alts

40 million accounts created.

Many free accounts created in internet cafes where users can make any number of accounts for free.

Many accounts also from smurfs and new accounts people had to get because their old accounts got banned… maybe because they weren’t on the payload.
