300ms ping in games

Hello!

It’s been 3 or 4 days, half of my games (quick or comp) have 200/300 ms for ping. It’s really frustrating. My internet connection looks as usual for other things like streaming and all.

Here is the data:

  • Windows 10
  • European servers (France)
  • Windows Security as firewall

And here is the looking glass logs (don’t know how to format it correctly sorry) :

Tell me if you’re missing some information. Hope someone can help me on this!
Thank you!

The connection looks okay until it gets close to your home, then the ISP nodes are showing a lot of lag. Your best option is to forward these results to your ISP so they are aware of the issue.

Oh thank you I’ll see with them!
Thanks for the help!
