Those are called reaction gifs…and it’s common to post them as a reaction to a post. The sole reason you would want to be lvl3 is to post them, otherwise I see no reason to be lvl3.
I’m sorry, but if you see a Moira popcorn gif and think it’s not going to make people somewhat upset, then there’s something wrong here.
if your post is solely a reaction gif, it’s tantamount to spam
at least try to engage with what people are saying, or don’t bother posting
i have literally never been on a forum that allows you to make posts consisting of a single image without being reprimanded for it

MAybe just ignore them? And the gif is pretty accurate because we had that topic and it was every time a bad discussion in the end. I think you are a little bit to sensitive. Calm down.

What you are describing is an OP that starts a thread with no text aside from the moira png (it’s not a gif) with the intention to bait angry responses. This is not spammiing but baiting which is a form of trolling.
Posting a facepalm gif while quoting a stupid sentence would be an appropriate use of reaction gifs, for example.
I thought the trust system wasn’t worth it until I could start posting gifs.
One thing I will point out is that it is super easy to cheese reading that many posts.
I have all the requirements yet I still didn’t get it, it’s really confusing at this point I just gave up, if I’m gonna meme hard af I have discord for that.

Still doesn’t excuse the fact that you can have your post removed for being “Unproductive” but you can have your comments up for literally attacking someone.
This is a forum where players are allowed to tell eachother based off rank and hero they play that their opinion doesn’t matter. These kinds of posts get to stay up while posts that have actual discussion get taken down.
These kinds of posts get to stay up where posts with controvercial topics get taken down.
People still spam things on the forums all the time. I’ve seen people get attacked and called names for just having an opinion or thought. I’ve seen people be called “selfish” because they couldn’t afford $15 on a virtual skin. I’ve seen people be called homophobes for not liking the spam of LGBT.
Those commenters get to stay on the forums. This is why we need more reports.
But back to the topic of 20k posts needing to be read.
I am sorry, but this isn’t a corporate forum discussing the economic value of putting funds into researching some random crap.
It’s a video game forum. People are here to have fun by posting memes and gifs. If you report people over that you must be a real stick in the mud and should keep away from communities as a whole.
(And I am almost sure I will get yet another silence for this post)

Yes it is. It’s an easy loophole to a problem that makes no sense to have in the first place.

why do you think users are locked out from posting images for such a long time in the first place?
You can just scroll through the topics and get posts read. It takes little time and counts towards level 3. I also don’t see how people get suspended.

Because Blizzard has always been overprotective and harsh with their property. Why do you believe we can’t have avatars? Or signatures? Heck, even just saying “god” and “damn” without a space in between gets your post blocked for swearing. This is ridiculous. Is this a forum or a kiddy daycare?
Literally the only forum I have ever been to that does this kinda crap. And the only forum I have been suspended for more than 5 times already for doing basically nothing worth of getting banned for.
Agreed-- the trust level “privileges” should just be a given with these new forums, and not something people have to “Earn”
Yeah you can scroll through the topics but that’s against the spirit of a discussion forum.
People get suspended for getting mad at what people have to say. Sometimes, human nature is a driving force here. You can get mad, but the instant you show any kind of negativity on the forums, you’re out. You can get prodded on by users who call you names and make fun of you and call out your playstyle/hero choice/etc all they want and don’t get suspended, yet when you respond, that’s what gets you suspended.
It’s like elementary school all over again. you’re supposed to run to the Mods/GMs for any kind of problem you find on the forums. But you can’t deal with more than 3 instances of toxicity at a time.

i’ve been suspended for dumb crap too, this account has been suspended six times and my alt twice. i would say i deserved maybe one of those suspensions. and yet people get to spam without punishment. it’s just a big ol shruggo for me
i wouldn’t care about moira_popcorn at all if it wasn’t for the fact that “…are you okay?” is somehow deserving of a 12 day ban
