• many times i see main tanks/support switch to dps out of frustration and NEVER do i see a dps switch to cover the massive gap left in the team (no shield or heals). Its a flawed concept due to selfishness.
• Role Based SR massively decreases the need for flexing across roles because every1 is at the SR they deserve to be at for each roles. Flexing within roles is JUST as/ if not more important
