Eeeeeh. I like to think she’s bad NOW is because she is forced to rely on her ranged attack to get value. On top of that, she’s far too team reliant. To the point where she physically cannot function without her team. It’s like she’s on life support or something.
Of course, there are people who think they way you said, but right now, the ways I see it, at least, her niche is so hard to get that she now only truly gets value in contenders. When a hero is almost exclusively played in high ranks, that’s a pretty good sign that there is a problem with the way she is balanced.
This is coming from somebody almost completely unbiased as I barely play Brig.
