The first test looks great, but then in your second test as your ISP passes off the connection to a peer to reach Blizzard, it looks like there is a 4% packet loss happening. Have you forwarded these results to your ISP or asked for their input on this?

This test doesn’t look like you should be disconnecting, so I’m thinking maybe this is another issue on your actual machine causing the problem. I recommend opening a support ticket so you can communicate directly with the staff.
