2 issues high ping and computer crashing

I think others have posted about it but NY spectrum user and i am having high ping right now.

my other issue is that my computer will completely shut off while i play this game. it happens with no other game but overwatch. Idk whats causing it.
Cpu AMD fx 8350 eight core
gpu radeon rx 580 series.

also seems like really high cpu usage.

Uncommonly, we’ve seen it occur at higher monitor resolutions too. If you’re playing on a monitor with greater than 1920x1080 resolution, try temporarily reducing to that resolution setting in-game and see if it reoccurs.
