180 ping on eu servers normaly 80

my game just randomly decided to go to 180 ping making the game almost unplayable
i almost always get 70-100 ping but now i get 160-190

Have you tried any of the connection troubleshooting advice in the forum stickies? Are you on a French Telecom?
