100%GPU frame drop

Hey! I since a few months I have been having trouble with overwatch, it’s using 99% of the gpu and the frame rate is terrible, this didn’t happened before, I tried everything, I updated all the drivers and even restored my pc, I put my settings on the lowest but it’s still having some serious frame drops

As I said this didn’t happened before I have seen a few posts about this on reddit but no one seemed to know why, is there any chance you can help me?

Can you add a DxDiag for troubleshooting?

  1. Press Windows Key + R, then type DxDiag and press Enter.
  2. In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.
  3. Name the file “dxdiag” and click Save.

To add it to your reply here:

I didn’t see any specific problems sticking out in that DxDiag. Have you tried any of these steps?

If so, let’s start with a clean driver reinstall as this can sometimes help. First, remove any old driver files by using the third party driver remover DDU. You can find a guide on using this program here. After this, pick up the latest driver from here.
