Yeah. Overwatch was designed to be a rolebased shooter. With different roles to back each other up. When so many people just insist on playing a pure fps-game, they can wait in line. There are tons of fps-games that dont require healers or tanks.
If you want to play egotistically, go play those. For us that are solo-tanking without healing or solo-healing 5 dps without comms, 222 is a blessing.
