10 min susp for crash AFTER match

I just want to let you know how terrible your automatic susp is.

My client crashed AFTER the match finished, which it does periodically for no apparent reason (no fix online I can see) and I get a 10 minute ban and 50sr penalty.

This isn’t a DC, it’s your client crashing, and it happened way after the match was completed. Sort it out, that’s a joke.
