I like it! 
Easy. Remove all healing, all non-melee damage, and all tanking. Just make everyone have 1HP and melees are the only way to deal damage. All melees are 1m range. Everyone moves at 1mps.
Perfect game. :^)
The one gamemode I wish exists at launch.
It would make custom games very expansive.

- Hero Bans
- Symmetra, Brigitte, Mei and Doomfist reworked as Tanks
- More Support Heroes added
- Revert the latest “balance” patch
- New E for Reaper
- Implement a mid and after game stat screen that actually shows some useful information
This would basically make me want to play the game all day long again.
How do you adjust for the performance impact this will have on the base consoles and weaker pcs?
all these modes are like you just do whatever you want with no punishement
