You don’t have to learn how to counter Genji, just pick Bring, Ball, Doom, Echo, Moira and it’s just insta counter
his buffs have undeniably made him easier tho, im not saying he’s too easy, but definitely easier than before
he’s not the only one with hard counters…

You may not be, but there are a decent amount of people that are real upset that he is a little easier to play
So this whole thread is only made to point out the hypocrisy of certain crowd that cant “learn to counter Moira” and respond the same way by saying “learn to counter Genji”, is it?
Yeah the thing is, Genji has A LOT more of mobility than Moira and also the magical “deflect” ability, which doesnt have a “wind up” and can be cancelled at any time.
Sure “beam” users can counter that but how many are there that truly can counter him? Winston, Zarya, Sym and Moira? … Mei if you are really lucky? Compare those “danger zones” with the amount of counters and ranges to … Pharah for example.
Yeah. Genji is overtuned. Moira is not.

“a little bit” is debatable, he gets away with more mistakes, can farm his ult better, can kill easier, all around better, im just glad i stopped playing now

Compared to how easy some other heroes are, it’s definitely a small difference

Of course, you’re only allowed to use “easier” in the same sentence if you’re talking about Moira, Mercy or Brigitte.

Sure, he’s easier, but not by much. He’s still a challenging hero
and this is what i’m saying is debatable. his kit got substantive buffs which consequently buffed his ult which was already one of the best dps ults…

It actually didn’t buff his ult by any means. It just buffed how fast he got it. (Outside of deflect changes which can be seen as a nerf/buff in some cases)
His ult though is still quite weak without nano
Getting to use your ult more often is a buff, an indirect buff, but a buff nonetheless

Deflect can last longer or people are more likely to use it making them waste more ult time.
isn’t the buff to give them a manual cancel? that doesnt sound like a nerf in any sense of the word…if you mess deflect up, just cancel and move lol
before if you used deflect wrong you had to sit there waiting it out
You’re more likely to use it since you can cancel it, though using it takes away ult time.
Or you could wall climb or dash
Genji actually can just kill moira easily ( if you can aim ), just don’t get spooked by her hand beam.
