Why do I get negatively impacted when this happens. It’s happened several times and I get band from playing for a day and my points drop drastically. This is completely unjust for something out of my control!
That message appears when Blizzard’s servers can’t reach your game client. I recommend trying some connection troubleshooting before queuing for any other modes where you can lose SR or be penalized, as those penalties are not reversible.
