I just bought 100 Overwatch League tokens from the PlayStation store and I immediately got a notification saying that the store is busy at the moment you’ll get your tokens in a bit (paraphrasing). The transaction went through because I got an email confirming the purchase, but I still have not received my tokens yet. It’s been about 20 mins since my purchase and I just want some clarity on the situation.
Purchases on console in extremely rare cases can take up to 72 hours to receive the items. However if you need more support, this has to be handled by the PlayStation Store support. Blizzard doesn’t manage transactions for console.
