Heya NikTol159,

Moved you to your own thread since you were on a very old thread previously. Looking at this test, we can’t for certain see the problem, but it does look like there’s packet loss somewhere between your house and our play servers. That said, we can’t be sure where it starts. It DOES look like there’s either some communication errors between your PC and router or your router and whatever is after it. I can’t tell if the packet loss is real, but the latency average at least is pretty high which has me concerned.

If you haven’t yet, just try power cycling your PC/Router/Modem and see if it fixes it.

If you still have problems after that and you’re on wifi, try connecting to your router by ethernet, and if you do have a separate router/modem, bypass the router if that doesn’t work.

Hopefully just those get you fixed, but if not, let’s re run the winMTR while you’re on ethernet, and bypassing the router if you have a separate modem/router. This will let us rule out wifi instability and any router issues and look further down the path. Run it to this address instead of the overwatch IP:

eu.patch.battle.net

We’ll use that to look for more options.

thanks a mill i fixed the issue i was using mobile data through my PC and thats where the communication error happened . thank you so much for helping me fix the problem . i didn’t know i wasn’t able to download through mobile data . i think blizzard should of addressed that if you are using mobile data you can not download any games because i was able to download games with mobile data from all my other launchers. thanks again .
