When I join voice chat, the ingame sound gets louder and makes it harder to listen to sound cues. I’ve turned off all settings and enhancements in my sound setting, but can’t figure out what is causing it. I’m using a plantronics BT600 headset.
One common issue is to make sure that you don’t have both Dolby ATMOS turned on while also running a surround sound setting to your headset. It should either be run the surround sound with Dolby ATMOS off, or have Dolby ATMOS on and only use Stereo sound for your headset. Otherwise check these general tips:
