Why can’t I report the smurf or at the very least have a surrender option when thrown in a hugely one-sided stomp-fest where after I lose it’s only 160 rating. It’s a waste of time and it’s demoralizing.
Is there a solution?

It shouldnt be. But blizzard for some reason wants players do this while the other players are getting punished with chain losses and trolls mixed in with unreasonable bans due to a bad report system that doesnt work how it needs to.

I was playing against a troll smurf yesterday. He told me all FIVE of his other accounts were currently suspended and that’s why he was smurfing. Report system does nothing if people are free to just make new accounts.

Exactly. Then you get the people who have done nothing wrong but blizzards system will not review any accounts or actions taken against them and thus banned forever so they just quit.
