Mal’ganis isn’t that strong, problems arise when you have tanks who ignore him and let him waltz into your backline.
wait until it stops winding up and then interrupt it?
During the wind up on his sleep. If you interrupt him then - it doesn’t go on cooldown. You can immediately cast it again.
