Come on, Blizzard. The Draenei are really iconic, but not the women, especially if they are like Yrel, bulky and too censored. We have known male Eredar since Archimonde of Warcraft 3, and if you are to represent a race, you need to put someone IMPORTANT, which means, not someone from Warlords of Draenor. Why not Velen? He is a really interesting character, and his appearance is fantastic. You could at least put Archimonde or Kil’Jaeden, with “Summon Infernal” and “Rain of Fire/Chaos” abilities.
WoD had its problems, but story is not one of them. Yrel was by far the best choice for a Vindicator representative.
I will however agree that if you want a male Draenei specifically, someone like Velen, Archimonde, or Kil’jaeden would be the best choice.
Thta really depends on context. In terms of the story, sure. But in terms of the playerbase, this is horribly wrong.
I think we’ve had enough light-based users in recent releases. If we’re going to see anyone else, it should be archimonde or kil’jaeden for sure. They’re more important to the story anyways. We really don’t have enough demons for their significance to both the Diablo and WC lore.
