I am also having this problem. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, checking for updates, restarting the blizzard app.
Says I’m running version 2.48.2.76753
Next open the temp locations and delete any Battlenet and Blizzard folders you see in each location. Press Windows Key + R and type:
• %LOCALAPPDATA%
• %APPDATA%
• %TEMP%
• %PROGRAMDATA%
Finally go ahead and reinstall the app from here. Make sure you run as Admin.
Security software can also cause conflicts by blocking the new update.
