Unable to use certain Winter Event portraits

I recently unlocked several portraits from the Heroes 2019 Winter Event through Treasure Chests, but I am unable to use or equip them. These portraits are:

  1. Cute Cosmonaut Qhira Portrait
  2. Green Army Team Portrait
  3. Cute Lil’ Butcher Portrait
  4. Cute Tickle Mephisto Portrait

Also, worthy of note, these portraits in question have no little snowflake icon on them. Might be related. I can see some other 2019 Winter Event items are now available for purchase or dropping from chests though.
Is this a known bug issue? Will I lose my portraits later on? I’d love to be able to keep and use them.

I have the same issue. It’s ridiculous. Certain ones that have the snowflake work and others don’t… They need to fix this issue asap.

1 year from this and I still can’t use my Cute Cosmonaut Qhira Portrait :frowning: will they ever fix it?

Still broken, unfortunately.
