If you can find games in QM but not SL, there just aren’t enough SL players online at that time.
And yes, it’s very possible especially on lower population servers (or at night on bigger servers) there are less than 10 people queuing near your rank.
So you wont get a match until 9 other people near your rank log in and que up.
