had a match recently as Zagara where it did not let me channel the obj. I checked each time and there were no minions around me to cause issue, or other players not on my team. It would start the channel then immediately cancel it. I wouldn’t be able to attempt again until i had died and revived, but the bug would return.

Additionally, did you happen to have any edited movement/selection hotkeys? Does using a different/default hotkey profile resolve the issue?

had a same issue with friendly Jaina in the game, it looked like she had arthritis in her hands and got ridiculed by the team by failing to capture for a full half minute
I’m sure that reduced hero radius from PTR will somehow help with this?
