Hi guys I have a problem with disconnecting from the game and it wont let me connect again
so I have to restart the game and lunch it again , this mostly take like 4 minutes minimum , which means we already lost the game , while my internet is fine and works fine also , am not the only one facing the problem in my region ( UAE )
we tried all the recommending steps to fix the problem and nothing changes
I would really appreciate the help
Hey, darko and Mirage! I changed the title of this thread to get some more traction from the UAE region.
Are you still experiencing issues with disconnections? Could you include a WinMTR test? Run this test for 10 to 15 minutes until the disconnection occurs. Copy and paste the text file created and paste it between two ~~~ like so:

WinMTR Here

If you have issues pasting here, use Pastebin and post the end of the link. (ie. 123456 for pastebin.com/123456)
thank you for the fast respond , these posted result came from my ethernet connection ,
i did multiple times [power cycling your router and resetting your PC] and also updated my network drivers and operating system , and its still not fixed
If that’s the case, please reach out to your ISP and try to swap the router for a new one. It’s uncommon to drop packets over ethernet, and as far as we can tell the problem starts before you leave your house. If they replace the router with you and you still have problems, let’s get a new winMTR and look again.
Perfect. I’m replying back to you so that you can respond if you need more help. (The forum thread will not let you reply if you were the most recent post on a thread at your current forum level.) Please let us know how things go!
as per your instruction my ISP send technicians in my house and replaced the router with a new one, the model is D link 853 , I just wanna add that they also tested the network which is out side my house and said everything is fine , anyways the same problem happened again and these are the winMTR results
It looks like the computer is loosing connection with the router as indicated by the quoted log line. The network disconnect caused the MTR to flood “Sent” packets which is why the sent is so much higher than received.
If this is a wireless connection, a wired connection should typically resolve it. Though if it’s wired it may mean the network device or network cable is having a problem. In some cases it may be required to replace hardware to resolve errors like these.
I wish we had better news but I do hope the info helps. Cheers!
Did you replace that hardware before or after you ran that winMTR test? The test suggests that there is a major communication problem between your PC and router. If you have changed out the hardware since you ran that test, please create a new winMTR and upload it. We can look for more options that way.
Thanks for the replay , and yes , as you recommended to me to change the ISP main router with a new , they planed the new router model D link 853
then I also changed the Ethernet with the cable cat 8 , then i run the test and that was the result I got as in the previous post, please advise me
thanks in advance
Okay, that new result looks really bad - it’s even worse than your old one. I’m not sure why it’s happening but you may have gotten a second bad router from your ISP. This is rare, but it’s far less likely that you have two bad ethernet cables, unless you have one that is clearly damaged.
I would try a third router from the ISP, honestly, and re run the test if it fails.
thanks for the help , am posting this just to help who ever is facing the same problem in my country / region
so the problem was with the main router from my ISP company ( Etisalat ) it wasn’t good enough ,so i finally was able buy a gaming router ( NETGEAR Nighthawk AX8) and then requested the ISP to send a technician and to do the set up and remove this MPP or PPM ( I cant remember what’s called ), then the problem disappeared
thanks for all the helps and I finally can enjoy heroes of the storm and overwatch too
