Today’s patch fixes none of the game’s many, many problems, and it buffs things that are already too good.
That’s IIRC 161 balance patches in a row that have failed to improve the game. Fire your worthless designers and hire random hobos off the street instead. Playing one match of HotS is enough to figure out about 20 major issues with the game, and most of those have existed for 6 or 7 years, which means not a single person at Activision has played HotS in 6 or 7 years.
Do your jobs, or find someone who will.
“I don’t get” – so to speak – why you’d claim to dislike this as much as you do, reroll as many alt accounts as you have, complain about the same things for years on end, and have been demonstrated to complain about such same things regardless of when bug fixes have address some of your claims.
It comes off that you’re not particularly knowledge, aware, or interested in doing much else but cycling complaints for the sake of complaining. Maybe you should ‘get’ why you do that instead of scapegoating over and over again.
There’s a whole host of other games and communities and hobbies that took your complaints and tried to realize their own universe that you could have whiled away your years of gripes over instead.

I disagree. I think replacing Jaina’s attack speed talent at 20 with a real talent was a good change.
