I haven’t seen the snow yet. Must be random. I do not think it means Mei. Believe I would love it if it did I think Mei would be a great addition to Heroes. However I think its more likely a teaser for the next event. They said when Dark Nexus II event started it would run until the next seasonal event began. Snow in June for lets say a July event does seem somewhat odd, I guess they must be going for a Christmas in July idea. I hope I am wrong and it is Mei. I would love Mei to be added to this game.

I’m expecting an overwatch event; We’ll get Mei as a new hero and that D.Va rework we’ve been promised.
Not sure if there will be any other overwatch stuff besides that, like skins or whatnot.

I am very happy it in fact was Mei. 
Can you imagine how mad everyone would have been if it had simply been like a snowman skin for Ragnaros?
