Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with this type of error reporting. I use Google Translator because I’m honestly too lazy to give so much effort for feedback.
In the game it happens again and again that the “W” ability of Anub’Arak activates itself.
Thus, it is impossible to sit up on the horse or teleport back to the nexus.
Unfortunately, what happens again and again is that you play a game without any connection problems and win, but do not count them as a win, because the Wi-Fi connection shorts off shortly before the end for a second or two.
I already had feedback on that, but I did not receive an answer. Here one does not pay attention to customer service.
At least expected an answer from you.
Please reintroduce a ticket system. The average player does not want to waste time for a forum entry. This helps you just like us, if you keep the effort for error message as low as possible.
