It’s not balancing, it’s not the pace of heroes release, it’s not the release of bad maps that nobody wants to play.

I think its the lack of advertisement, i mean dota2 Wraith King have such an uninteresting kit if you compare it with our Skeleton King but dota2 is still so popular.

I’d not say so, this game had a big chance, pretty much all big players and streamers from lol and dota2 gave hots a shot at some point and thus they attracted many, many players as well that also have given the game a try.

The problem is: These people didn’t stay, most people didn’t stay.

Heroes of the Storm is the greatest MOBA I have ever played! I’m about to reach my one year anniversary on November 23. I wish I had played this fantastic game from day one! I truly love this game with all my heart. This game has given me so much joy and I can’t put a price on that. Without this beautiful game in my life I’m not sure where I’d be. :heartpulse:

Sure, it’s not a problem, match something with 10 hours of gametime against someone with 5000 hours, I’m sure it’ll be an amazing experience for everyone involved.

I actually had an unranked game last night where the enemy team was all 1k+ and we had a lvl 30 and lvl 50 on our team. We ended up winning.

  1. Smurfs are a thing.
  2. Lvl means nothing.
  3. Ppl are matched according to mmr (averages).
  4. Mmr constantly changes, ppl climb and fall all the time.

So either that match was totally fair or was part of an a “interregnum” when ppl actively placing to their true mmr range.

One match. Just move on. Or if it’s actually quite common for @Op, maybe try to get higher on the invisible QM ladder (its mmr sections) so they won’t get matched with these rapidly fluctuating new players, be them true newcomers (be greatful for them) or smurfs (stop smurfing, it’s bad for the MM).
