Tassadars force wall will damage heroes and minions but won’t deal damage to enemy structures, towers/walls/forts/keeps despite becoming a damage aoe ability with the talent “Electric fence”
This is either a bug or a typo with the tooltip as it has the enemies descriptor which includes structures. Not the non-structure enemies descriptor. Like with Sgt Hammers BLT.
