Stutter/freezing (possible) fix

Updated windows 10, Version 1809 x64 2019-04, fixed my stutter problem.

Stutter since driver update

Hello this is a follow up. I fixed my problem by forcing windows 10 to update ahead of scheduled update cycle. Something in that windows patch fixed it. Start (windows button) -> settings (gear button) -> Update & Security -> Check for updates
