Seasonal Quest Line has stoped

My Seasonal Quest Line stops at mark of 5 wins, but I already have 10 wins so far.

The bug I am finding is that it counts as 4 wins/game and loot boxes get skipped that way.

1 win - 4 wins
2 wins -8 wins (first loot skipped)
3 wins - 12 wins (second loot skipped)
4 wins - 20 wins (first loot box earned)
5 wins - 24 wins and so on…

My account is also stuck at 19 wins and will not assign me Grand Master even though I have the 30 wins required to hit the leaderboard. I doubt anyone cares to fix it.

I explain how it works there, basically you are stuck forever if it is giving 0 wins toward the seasonal quest. Or at least for this season.
