Using a HP Notebook. Will admit that it isn’t the best laptop to use, however the game has been working amazingly prior to the latest patch. I’m getting 2-3 second frame drops every 10 seconds at it’s worst. This is making the game completely unplayable as the hero will continue to move in the previously clicked direction, more often than not causing death. I don’t experience any lag in any menus or with other games. Love this game and have constantly tried various suggested methods to fix the issue, with no success. Would absolutely love some help.
I can confirm that updating the windows patch:
“Feature update to Windows 10, version 1809”
Worked for me - this install doesn’t come auto, you need to ‘scan and apply’ manually.

This did fix my issue. Make sure you update to that Windows Version 1809!
