I’m tired of otherwise fun matches being utterly destroyed by smurfing accounts. Allow us to report these accounts and thereby avoid having even more imbalanced teams. Blizzard has the means of verifying these accounts through IP and can take action accordingly.
As much as I do not like smurfing, There is not an accurate way of telling who is and is not a smurf. I think the main thing is they need to change the requirements of ranked so that smurfing is not as easy as it currently is. No lvl 50 player needs to be in ranked, raise it to 200 and add a requirement that you can only play heroes that you own that are lvl 5 or higher.
