Since loading HOTS onto my new computer I have this alert constantly in the corner, however nothing wrong with performance and my temps seem fine. I noticed on the bug forum alot of people with the issue have Ryzen CPU. I too have a 3600 and checking temps they get to average 55 which I would expect during game. I have changed my power mode to high performance as per a thread for a couple of years ago. No change.
have you tried updating the CPU Chipset drivers? I have seen that AMD have released fixes for the power problems recently. possibly this will help you?

this is just something to check. i doubt it will solve the problem since AMD looks like they are doing things with drivers.

set your power plan to “High Performance”

go to “Change Plan Settings”

Look for “Processor Power Management”
- make sure the Minimum and Maximum state is set to 100% and apply.

ryzen 3600 x570, a lot of same problem reported on that forums, pls fix this warning. Not temperature or power problem here.
