Reconnecting over and over

Recently during games the “Reconnecting” screen appears around 4-5 times per game. I play with a friend and we can still voice chat so I am not fully disconnected. I have tried every single thing suggested by the Technical Support posts about this issue. I am not sure if my WinMTR test was done properly (do I use my own IP address or the heros of provided?). I have done a pathping and tracert and the Looking Glass. I called my ISP and they said they have fixed what they can on their end. I have a new laptop that is fully capable of running large video games. Please help as I cannot play Heros of the Storm anymore because of this issue. I would love to just have a phone conversation or a live chat to have this resolved.

Here is my looking glass:

Howdy Hazard,

I didn’t see any problems in the Looking-Glass test you provided. Can you run a WinMTR test? This provides more information on the route:

  1. Download WinMTR
  2. Unzip the file to your desktop
  3. Run the WinMTR as Admin
  4. Type 24.105.62.129 in “host”.
  5. Click “Start” and open the game. Let the MTR test run for at least 10 minutes to capture this issue occurring.
  6. Click “Copy text to clipboard”
  7. Type two sets of four squiggly lines and then paste the contents of the WinMTR test between: ~~~~ Paste WinMTR Test Results Here ~~~~

Note: If it’s not letting you post, break links by adding a space before .com/.net, so you can post them. You can also upload the MTR contents through Pastebin and post the link (ex: Pastebin (dot) com/123456).

I am having the “reconnect” appear in my Blizzard games also (all of them). It just started today, the log in problem I have not had, but could it be related?
