Most people who quit did because HGC got cancelled and they figured it wasn’t worth playing anymore. Some of them have returned since HotS is fun, HGC or not. I don’t think casuals mind either way, I think it’s just pillars of salt that are the loudest about “why the game/matchmaker/report system/leaver queue suck”
